Mr. Joubert obtained a BA in Political Sciences, Cum Laude from University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus and a Juris Doctor from Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico.  He obtained the Dr. Santos Amadeo Award for Defense of Human Rights.

During his Law School years, Mr. Joubert had the opportunity to be a Law Clerk for the District Court of Ponce and part of the Legal Assistance Clinic of the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico 

Mr. Joubert also worked as Official Examiner at Consumer Department Affairs and Trial Lawyer at Department of Justice, among others.

 

As a member of the firm, Mr. Joubert has concentrated his practice in the matters of Family, Corporate and, Labor Law.  Also appeals and Certiorari at Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.

Mr. Joubert is an active member of the Puerto Rico State Bar, Notary Public Bar and Federal Bar for the District of Puerto Rico and United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
