Brian A. Maldonado Feliciano is one of the founding members and Digital Content Creator of El Foro de Puerto Rico. He is currently studying a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations and Advertising at the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, Ponce campus. In addition, Mr. Maldonado Feliciano is a member of the Association Communication Students of said institution (ECOS). He has also been a radio journalist and graphic designer.
