Marielli Moró Ortiz is a certified public accounting who has over 25 years of successful experience in accounting, auditing, finance and operational and administrative processes. She obtained a BBA, major in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Puerto Rico. 

 

Actually, Mrs. Moró is the Vice President of Operations of South Caribbean Financial Services, company dedicates to financial consultant, billing and collection to medical and healthcare providers. Besides, she is a senior consultant of Rovira Rodríguez Group Consulting Division, both companies are parts of the business conglomerate Rovira Rodríguez Group. 

 

She was the Controller and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Santander Mortgage Corporation, and Vice-President of Banco Santander Puerto Rico. Also, as a part of her experience, she was Deputy Administrator and Chief Financial Officer, in two different terms, of The State Insurance Fund of Puerto Rico achieving to develop and enforce strategies to reestablish its economic solvency and improve certain operational and administrative processes. During five years she was the Provider Contracting Director of Humana maintaining the networking needs and contracting negotiation strategies.
