JUAN CARLOS VILLAFAÑE CONDE, ESQ.
Mr. Villafañe, obtained a BA in Psychology, Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus, and a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico.
During the years as a student of the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico had the opportunity to be a Juridical Officer in the District Court of Mayagüez and part of the Legal Assistance Clinic of the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico.
Graduated from law school, with honors, member of the Puerto Rico Law Review, with an article published in the edition, Vol. 46 Num. 1 2006. As a member of the Law Review participate as a publisher and member of the radio and television program. Member of the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity and former President of the pre law and law school chapters.
Mr. Villafañe is an active member of the Puerto Rico State Bar, Notary Public Bar and Federal Bar where he exercises his main practice, worked in the Legal Division of the Department of Correction and has vast experience as trial attorney and civil and administrative litigation.
His practice is centered essentially in the matters of Labor Law (Public and Private), focusing on Government Labor Law procedures, Torts, General Liability, payment and performance disputes, extraordinary resources, experience as an Administrative Judge, collective bargaining, design and structure of Personnel Regulations in Public Agencies and Private Business, all kind of Contracts and Corporative Policies.
